To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to Briefly. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI system solely for the purpose of generating design briefs. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Briefly offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
